These Referral Program Rules govern participation in the eSIMKA referral bonus program.
1. Eligibility
Only registered users who have accepted these Rules may participate in the program.
2. Valid referral
A valid referral means a new user arrives through the participant’s referral link or uses the participant’s referral identifier.
3. When a bonus is credited
A referral bonus is created after each paid and completed purchase of the invited user if that purchase falls within the first five paid purchases of that invited user. The bonus is first recorded as pending and becomes available only after the internal review and refund window expires.
4. Bonus amount
The bonus amount is determined by the current referral program settings of the service and may change over time.
5. Purchase limit
For each invited user, bonuses are credited only for the first five paid and completed purchases, unless a different limit is set in the current referral program settings of the service.
6. Bonus usage restrictions
Referral bonuses are credited to the user’s internal bonus balance and may only be used for future orders on the Site. Bonuses are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, refunded, or transferred to a bank card, e-wallet, or any other external payment instrument.
7. Bonus cancellation
Bonuses may only be used after the invited user’s order has been confirmed and paid. If an order is cancelled, refunded, deemed invalid, or connected to abuse, the corresponding bonus may be cancelled in full or in part.
8. Abuse prevention
Self-referrals, multiple account creation, use of third-party payment methods or email addresses for the sole purpose of obtaining bonuses, and any fraudulent or abusive activity are prohibited. The service may reject participation and revoke bonuses if abuse is detected.
9. Expiry
The service may apply an expiry period to bonuses. Expired unused bonuses may be removed without cash compensation.
10. Changes or termination
The service may modify or terminate the referral program at any time, including the rewarded purchase limit, bonus amount, eligibility conditions, accrual timing, or usage rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
